We had a fun time exploring nearby restaurants and enjoyed a day on the La Crosse Queen Cruises. The hotel was spacious and accommodated our large family easily. The location is perfect for families, with plenty of attractions close by and two kids eating free with one adult.
My wife says that the restaurant hours are too limited, which made it tough for us with kids. More family-friendly dining options or extended hours would be great.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Setbacks
Enjoyed a comfortable King Room with excellent views. The hot tub provided a relaxing escape after long days of exploring. Dining options nearby offered diverse cuisines. Just be mindful of check-in timings and parking arrangements to avoid any hassle.

Is it a hit or a miss? here’s my take
Great central location with walkable access to downtown restaurants! The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.
Slow check-in process and inconsistent housekeeping may dampen your enthusiasm for a return visit! No complimentary breakfast was disappointing.

Family with children should go here
We had a king suite that was really spacious and updated. The shower head was beyond expectations, I mean it was as if it was designed to make you feel a little less broken after a long day.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but honestly for what we got it was worth it.

This place was just an optimal selection for a weekend getaway in La Crosse with great value. The Fusion burger restaurant in the hotel is excellent and definitely worth trying. Consider skipping the breakfast upgrade. you might be disappointed with the buffet options.

Decent stay but tired vibes
We spent 9 nights in an Executive King Room and honestly, it felt a bit worn out. The bar closes at 10, which is kinda lame. We tried their fusion burger but it was just okay. Air conditioning failed and we ended up in a smaller room. At least the lounge area was nice for chilling after exploring downtown.

I really loved how spacious our Queen room with two queen beds was, and the amazing shower made my stay feel special. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Only downside was the parking situation. it was a bit tricky, but overall, a great stay! 😊

Centrally located, the hotel offered clean accommodations with a comfortable bed. While the roll-in shower met our needs post-surgery, the parking situation was inconvenient and the nearby ramp felt unkempt. I appreciated the cleanliness, but the service fell short. my request for towels was forgotten, and staff interaction lacked warmth.

great location but no breakfast included
The city view from the room was stunning. The staff was responsive and helpful during our stay, addressing our needs efficiently.
The hotel should clarify that breakfast is not complimentary.

The Executive King Room was decent but pretty basic. Bed was comfy and the space was clean. However, it felt a bit outdated and the bathroom had some cleanliness hiccups. A bit noisy at times, and the temperature was tricky to get just right. Definitely could use a bit of a refresh.

The walkable vibe kept our food explorer hearts happy. The central location was a win for us as a couple.
However, the dining scene within the hotel was a total letdown with the restaurant closed during our stay. We also noticed some cleanliness hiccups that need addressing.
